Dealer Input When acquiring data, we provide a simple setup process that requires you to do nothing more than fill out a simple one-page form. Click here to download a copy of the DIS setup form, fill it out, then fax it to us at 614-340-9824 or email it to support@devVenture.com. From there, our professional support staff will contact all the necessary individuals and collect your data. Our expert systems will merge the data from multiple sources to provide you with the best possible picture of your inventory. No one else gives a complete picture that includes:

  • 100% of your active inventory as listed in your DMS
  • Up-to-date professionally VIN decoded inventory
  • Photos from your Window Sticker company
  • Knowing that no VIN decode is as accurate as a human we make sure that the physical inspection data has a precedence over VIN decoded data
  • Knowing that even the best Windows Sticker companies aren’t on your lot everyday, we provide stock photos for new and pre-owned inventory that has not been physically inventoried.

Inventory data can come from a variety of sources. Only AutoSweet’s Data Integration Sweet (DIS) effectively collects and merges the data from the multiple sources that are out there:

  • DMS data can be acquired from ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, UCS, or EDS systems. We dial your DMS seven days a week so that even on the weekends your inventory is accurate.
  • Physical Inventory can be acquired from a variety of window sticker companies or applications, including but not limited to: AutoBase, AutoUplinkUSA, CDM Data, DiamondLot, Dealer Specialties, or EBiz.
  • Any inventory file that can be sent to us via FTP, whether you manage it yourself or if it’s transferred from another party can be loaded to your Inventory and identified as DMS or Physical Inventory.
  • Using our Visual Inspection Sweet, you can enter any vehicle into your inventory as soon as you’d like. Manual entries are seamlessly merged with data from your DMS or from your Physical Inventory company so that you always have the most accurate and current representation of your inventory.
