Account Executive

Remote (OH, PA, MI, NJ, AZ) – Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours a plus

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling the AutoSweet Marketing Platform (AMP) to automotive dealerships. You will be a key player in
expanding our market reach and helping dealerships achieve their growth objectives through our innovative solution.

Responsibilities Include

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct online discovery and product presentations to showcase the value of AMP.
  •  Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and ROI of AMP to dealership owners a managers.
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor with key decision-makers within dealerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent AutoSweet at industry events and conferences.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  •  Experience selling SaaS solutions or digital marketing services is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies especially with Google and Meta.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Marketing Coordinator

AutoSweet  Columbus, Ohio, United States

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns and services for our clients, working closely with our Account Managers and Digital Strategists. This is a great opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills while supporting a wide array of initiatives including paid ads, websites, email marketing, and more.

Responsibilities & Duties Include

  • Assist with reputation management, including monitoring and responding to online reviews.
  • Support social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Implement paid ads campaigns via AutoSweet’s proprietary platform.
  • Manage work in project management software to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement marketing services.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, including online advertising, email marketing, and reputation management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Digital Performance Manager

Remote (OH, PA, MI, NJ, AZ)

Are you an experienced digital marketing professional in the automotive vertical who understands that performance is about more than clicks and impressions? AutoSweet is seeking a Digital Performance Manager (DPM) to join our team. This is a senior-level account management position responsible for leading high-complexity dealership partnerships. In this role, you will function as a strategic marketing leader for franchise and growth-focused dealership groups, owning performance outcomes across marketing channels, CRM processes, and vendor ecosystems. Unlike traditional account management roles that focus primarily on campaign execution and reporting, the DPM role operates as a fractional CMO and performance strategist. You will be accountable for business outcomes, not just platform metrics.

Responsibilities & Duties Include

Strategic Performance Ownership

● Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with dealership sales goals.

● Own budget allocation across channels based on inventory position, model mix, and performance trends.

● Forecast growth opportunities and proactively recommend adjustments to improve revenue impact.

 

CRM & Internet Performance Analysis

● Conduct lead-to-sale conversion analysis.

● Evaluate appointment set and show rates.

● Review sales team follow-up processes and Internet department performance.

● Align marketing spend with inventory aging and sales objectives.

● Analyze model-line performance and adjust budget allocation accordingly.

● Align strategy with OEM incentive programs when applicable.

 

Third-Party & Vendor Management

● Coordinate with website providers and third-party lead vendors.

● Oversee performance of external marketing partners.

● Evaluate contracts and identify inefficiencies in vendor relationships.

● Ensure marketing operates as a unified ecosystem rather than disconnected services.

 

Campaign & Platform Oversight

● Execute and optimize campaigns within the AutoSweet Marketing Platform (AMP).

● Provide cross-channel oversight across Paid Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and advanced reporting services.

● Translate campaign performance into strategic recommendations.

 

Store-Level Involvement

● Participate in dealership leadership and manager meetings when appropriate. 

● Review monthly sales objectives and align marketing plans accordingly.

● Adjust budgets based on performance and inventory trends.

● Conduct on-site dealership visits when appropriate.

 

Client Leadership & Communication

● Deliver executive-level reporting and data-driven storytelling.

● Act as the primary strategic advisor for assigned accounts.

● Manage escalations and sensitive client situations professionally.

● Identify and present account expansion opportunities aligned with dealership growth objectives.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive digital marketing, account management, or performance marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage high-revenue client portfolios ($100k+ MRR preferred).
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and multi-channel marketing integration.
  • Experience analyzing CRM data and Internet department performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret lead-to-sale conversion data and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication skills, including presentation of strategic insights to dealership leadership.
  • Strong understanding of OEM programs, co-op structures, and franchise dealership dynamics.
  • Experience coordinating with website providers and third-party vendors.
  • Advanced data interpretation and storytelling ability.
  • High level of organization and ownership over complex accounts.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong internal collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive retention and identify revenue expansion opportunities.
