Digital Marketing Consultant

AutoSweet  Columbus, Ohio, United States

The Digital Marketing Consultant is a full-time role on a growing inside sales team. The Digital Marketing Consultant will guide the sales process from initial prospect discovery to execution of the sales transaction. 

Responsibilities during the sales cycle include: prospecting, educating and presenting the solutions AutoSweet offers, along with the ability to consult directly with the prospect about them. 

Our proprietary marketing services are world class and our working environment is ideal for someone who can work independently, is a team player and has a desire for a career path.

Responsibilities Include

  • Proactively prospecting automotive dealers in the United States to educate them on our industry-leading digital marketing solutions
  • Presenting our proprietary solutions via screen share demonstrations in an enthusiastic, effective way while positioning our company as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the automotive space
  • Customizing proposals based on the prospects needs and administering transactional agreements
  • Executing on follow up with the customer and working in conjunction with operations to ensure the customer is retained and the experience is positive
  • Maintaining relationships and growing a book of business
  • The ability to work within Salesforce, manage your activity and accounts to identify additional opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • A willingness and eagerness to learn the automotive industry and AutoSweet’s proprietary marketing services
  • Acumen for using analytics and metrics to make strategic decisions
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and digital platforms (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Reputation Management)
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a quota-driven environment
  • A positive mindset
  • The ability to manage time effectively and the ability to work independently
  • Desire to be a team player and contribute
  • CRM experience, Salesforce preferred

Paid Media Specialist

AutoSweet  Columbus, Ohio, United States

The primary role of the Paid Media Specialist is to ensure the fulfillment of paid ads campaigns for AutoSweet’s clients. This role is tasked with delivering paid ads campaigns via our proprietary 

software or directly through Google or Facebook. You will work with our Digital Marketing Consultants to understand the expectations of clients and occasionally act as a technical expert on client calls. You will also be responsible for onboarding new campaigns that require creative influence, and interfacing with our design team to get appropriate assets.

Responsibilities & Duties Include

  • Executing paid social (Facebook/Instagram) and paid search (Google & Microsoft Ads – Shopping, Search, Display & YouTube) campaigns, optimizations, and reporting 
  • Act as a technical expert on client calls when necessary
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for errors in paid ads channels
  • Regularly bring ideas for product improvement based on updates made by marketing channels
  • Continually run split tests to improve results. Provide results of tests to management team on monthly basis
  • Maintain certifications in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Stay up to date on marketing technologies
  • Researching individual client performance on Paid Media for case studies 
  • Provide monthly audits for high profile clients

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Hands on experience running paid advertising campaigns in multiple formats (Facebook, Google Search & Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising Network)
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work well in a fast paced team environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
